To find your ticket enter your:

* Ticket Number
--OR--
* License Plate Number

Then click the "Search" button.

When entering your license plate please only enter the characters on the plate and do not include any state abbreviations, spaces, or special characters.

Please note that tickets may not be available for payment until 24 hours after issuance.

Review the information about your ticket(s) by clicking the expand arrow to show the ticket details.

If there are images, you can click the expand icon above the images to make them larger. Clicking on a ticket will select and deselect it for payment. This is indicated by the green check mark.

When you are finished, you can then click the "Pay X Ticket(s)" button at the top of the page to move forward with payment.

To dispute a ticket, click on the "Dispute" icon to to bring up the Dispute Form.

To dispute this ticket, enter all the required information in the form provided, as well as the reason for the dispute. You may add attachments by clicking the "Add Attachments" button.

When finished, click on the "Submit Dispute" button.

No late fees will accrue on disputed tickets until a verdict is reached. Please be aware payment is considered an acceptance of responsibility for parking violations. Please be advised that mailing is not supported to international addresses.

Please be advised that due to the effects of COVID-19 & our recent software transition, dispute decisions will take longer than normal. You will receive notice, either through mail or email, when a decision has been reached.

To make a payment towards your payment plan, please either select the Amount Due to satisfy the current statement or Remaining Balance to pay off the ticket debt in its entirety. If the Amount Due does not show an expected dollar amount ($0.00) for payment, then the current statement has been satisfied and no payment is expected until the next statement becomes available. Once you have made your selection, click the PAY button to complete the transaction.

To submit a request for a payment plan to satisfy the outstanding tickets selected, please fill out the Payment Plan Request form. Please provide as much detail as possible in regards to why you need to utilize a payment plan to satisfy your ticket debt and how much you can afford to pay monthly. Once received, we will review your request for approval and work with you on establishing a payment plans and terms regarding monthly payments.
